Resolution of Disputes very rarely requires the use of a Courtroom. Most disputes locally and nationally are resolved prior to an actual trial disposition.

     Judge Manfredi has recently retired from the Court of Common Pleas 1st Judicial District of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia County) after 31 years of service as a Trial Judge, Calendar Judge, and Supervising Judge. Judge Manfredi was involved substantively, procedurally, and administratively with what was described by the National Center for State Courts as "arguably the best-managed large urban civil trial court operation in the nation."

     Frequently sought after as an intermediary. He conferenced upwards of 10,000 cases over his twenty years on the civil side of the Court.
